		<description>It is a shame that is has all come down to this because if you really think about it, it affects such a wide base of people who work behind the scenes and I feel for them.</description>

		<description>Another thing the writers are going for is more of a share from DVD royalties.  The writers lay the foundation for a show/movie to be good or bad.  they are very important to the industry and need to be compensated accordingly.

The actors that are getting paid millions are in minority of all the actors in hollywood that are part of the Screen Actors Guild.  They have a strike scheduled for June '08.  i'm not exactly sure where their beef lies with producers, but i imagine it is similar to the writers'.</description>

		<description>I have to agree with there strike. Some actors are terribly over paid. I have been on sets before. The actor gets millions. Yet there are apprentices and other people on the sets who get next to nothing and are struggling. Hopefully they get paid some more now.
