Working OT

So I see the local water company is next door doing some OT ripping up their driveway fixing a leaky pipe. They did this to my driveway last year. I have no issues with them making all kinds of rucus because I can just turn the tv and/or radio up loud so as not to have to listen to the machines but it really burns me when they just do this and not tell people they are cutting off your water supply for an ungodly amount of time. They didn’t tell me last time either and I was in the middle of a shower when I lost the water. Luckily I had just finished getting the shampoo out my hair. I think I may have to go out now lol

  1. Oh that is so annoying. A couple of weeks ago someone who lives behind me had to have work done on their water line. The water company turned the water off on their street AND mine. The only reason I found out was because I called our maintenance company to let them know I had no water. They then say “oh yeah, we had to turn it off for a couple of hours. It should be on soon.” Well thanks for letting me know in ADVANCE.

I had to take my kids to my mother’s house so we could all shower.

  2. Why did you not make a report of your complaint?

What if you had soap on your face when they interrupted your water supply without notice?

What if there was a domestic emergency that required water supply?

    God help us.
