You know I wonder sometimes why we take vacation other than the fact that we might lose the hours because we are already over 360 like me now and like every year. I mean I am technically off but I still have to punt phone calls and such because really there is no one else to handle them. If my nurse was there it might be a different story but she is on vacation as well. I still had to give her a few things to do when she got back though on Friday because I am technically still going to be off until next week some time.
How many of you take “vacations” only to appease the gods that be so you aren’t still over on hours and still have to work them?

When I am on vacation I am on vacation! and I always use up my entitlement (30 days a year)
:icon_tux: Me too! when I’m out and traveling, I make sure there are people whom I can entrust all those I have to leave behind… Vacation for me is a total escape!
I just started to take real vacations a couple years ago. Before that work work work..
I decided to keep a balance in my life.. Time is flying……
