What movies do I have?

I’m a movie junky. You have no idea how many movies I have. I have no idea how many movies I have much less which ones. I have even bought duplicates because I haven’t a clue what I have because I have so many. It’s just like my books. I also used to lend them out but no more because I would either never get them back, forget who I lent them to or they would come back ruined.

Now if I had a Movie Catalog I could keep track of what I have so I would stop getting duplicates. Now this could also be used for my CD collection which I have no clue what I have as well as for my book collection. I could keep them all in a nice little program that I could send to my PDA so when I’m in the stores I can check it to see what I have before I buy. I have actually written out partial lists before when I knew I was going to buy books or movies just so I didn’t get a duplicate.

The Movie Catalog has multi-language support, is Vista ready, easily imports different interent movie databases, has the ability to scan the barcodes to obtain the information automatically, supports DACAL DC-300 CD Library II device, has the ability to play movies directly from the program, third party plug-ins supported, importing from other formats, exporting your collection to HTML, and many, many other features. If you dare to lend out your movies, there is even a loan manager so you can keep track of where they are and who has them.

If you want to get your movie collection cataloged then you need to pick this up now. And remember it is good for CD’s, VHS and even books. Don’t be like me and waste your money buying duplicates.

  1. I followed the link and the software looks really cool. You could also use it to compare libraries with your friends. Now if I could just get my weif to approve my DVD budget…:-x
