Robin, I'd have laughed so much at ya if I was the doctor! :grin: I can imagine the frustration Blueyes... And sometimes I can still understand and be patient, but the other days I just want to explode. A client sent me a "recording" of their screen & voice, explaining what they did with our software to get a specific error, but he only had sound on, and forgot to "record" the display, and thus I got and hour and a half of darkness with his voice recorded to it - telling me about how he's clicking what. He was a bit embarrassed when he had to do it all over though... :roll: ROFL… Robin, I’d have laughed so much at ya if I was the doctor! :grin:
