So I’m doing my part-time job work today and alot of ER notes as usual on the weekend. Todays unnecessary ER list includes:

Dizziness
Knee pain without injury requesting a script for Tylenol because she cannot afford it.
Insomnia

Now there were a few that were necessary but it just kills me that the ER is used like this.

Take that second one, she could not afford to buy Tylenol but went to the ER which is probably 600 bucks just walking through the doors to get a script for Tylenol? I mean come on…

  1. I one time went to the ER because I thought my contacts were stuck in my eyes but I never even put them in:oops:

  4. ROFL… Robin, I’d have laughed so much at ya if I was the doctor!

I can imagine the frustration Blueyes… And sometimes I can still understand and be patient, but the other days I just want to explode.

A client sent me a “recording” of their screen & voice, explaining what they did with our software to get a specific error, but he only had sound on, and forgot to “record” the display, and thus I got and hour and a half of darkness with his voice recorded to it - telling me about how he’s clicking what.

He was a bit embarrassed when he had to do it all over though…
