I had so many things going on this past weekend that I didn’t even open my laptop. So without further ado, Four Foods on Friday, about my favorite type of vegetable.

1. When you have french fries at home do you make them or use frozen?
I drive to whatever is the closest restaurant is to me to pick some up. I do not buy french fries for my house must less cook any. I did own a Fry Daddy a LONG time ago but no more and I don’t want one, saves me the trouble of wanting to cook fried foods all the time.

2. What is your favorite type of fried potato?
Fried french fry of course

3. What do you have with your fries or potatoes?
If it is mashed potatoes – add salt. If it is french fries – add salt and MAYBE a little bit of ketchup.

4. What’s your least favorite thing about french fries?
Sogginess. Don’t bring me a soggy fry because I WILL return it to be cooked longer. Crispy, crispy, crispy.

1. When you make burgers do you shape them yourself or use frozen?
I like to buy them already preshaped and preseasoned from the meat department at my local grocery store. I also get their meatballs and meatloaf when I find it :)

2. What kind of bread or roll is your favorite for burgers?
Hamburger buns work but definitely not regular bread.

3. What do you like on your favorite burger?
TONS of mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles although I open it up and eat the pickles first. I just like them warm.

4. How do you like your burgers cooked?
Well done please, I’m not in the mood to get hemolytic uremic syndrome from undercooked meat.

1. How do you usually make ramen noodles?
2. What’s your favorite flavor of ramen noodles?
3. Do you add anything to your ramen noodles?
4. Is there a flavor of ramen noodles do you wish was on the market?

I honestly can’t answer any of these questions as I have never EVER had ramen noodles. Does that make me a freak? I guess I choose Chef Boyardee verses this quick meal.

I don’t really have a favorite per say. I do like the fettuccine noodles though so long as they are multigrain or whole wheat. Heck, even the spinach flavored ones are good.

2. Is there a type of pasta that you don’t like at all?
I’m not crazy about penne.

3. What’s your favorite ravioli filling?
Meat definitely. I can’t stomach the cheese filled ones.

4. Do you use regular or no-bake lasagna noodles?
There’s a difference? I’m not sure I’ve even see no-bake lasagna noodles to tell you the truth. I just use the regular noodles and make the dish. Seems to work.
