Football Bingo?

Okay, who watched the game last night between the Steelers and Browns? What in the world right? I mean I think this is going to hurt the Steelers chance at even a wildcard now but what should I care anyways considering the Eagles are taking names and doing it right. We play the Giants Sunday night and I can only hope we can pull it out to get to the top of our division and make it further in the post season than we have been doing previously. I mean don’t get me wrong Andy Reid has been doing a fantastic job and getting us into the post season and he recently just got a contract extension which I know will help the team.

Now I also like playing the pots during the big games in that we have something looks like a bingo card with all sorts of possible points and during the end of each quarter we see what the score is and match it on the sheet. If our name is in it we win the pot for that quarter.

Imagine if you could play bingo for real like that. There are a couple of boxes that I might change though but I like the overall concept. Imagine playing online bingo with all your friends who cannot be with you during the big games. I can only imagine some of the comments after even one game with that. Right now we just have our weekly picks online since most everybody is spread around the country so this would not be any more different. Could have a card for each quarter.

Anybody having a good fantasy football season this year? I’m almost dead last as usual. I can never get a good draw. Eli has been giving me troubles and I keep benching his sorry behind and using Schaub. I wounder how that would be turned into bingo. Something to think about. But I must leave you now with something note worthy.

Poor Lions

nfllions So I guess after the beat down with a 0-16 season last year Detroit has revamped their team logo to make them seem more ferocious and inside I’m just dying laughing because really who is going to believe this? You do see it right? They added teeth to the lion now. It’s quite funny. I think I might have a smiley that could go up against the lion. Ferocious enough for you? And it’s blue too lol

And in other news that interests me is that I still can’t believe we gave up 3, count them 3 fricken draft pick slots to pick up Peters as LT. Are they insane? They need to be using those kinds of trades on an effin wide receiver. What’s the matter with Andy?? Is he listening to McNabb because he doesn’t want to get a beat down every week? :???:

NFL Preview for Turkey Day

We have Green Bay vs Detroit, Jets vs Dallas, and Indianapolis vs Atlanta.

Now I do not know about you but the only game worth watching in my opinion would be Green Bay and Detroit because there might be at least some sort of fight being put up for us to watch that would be interesting. The other games I think will be blow outs but they could prove me wrong. We’ll all have to wait and see.

NFL Round-up Week #8

Woooo boy did I rack up the games this week. So far the only one I got wrong was the Tampa Bay/Jacksonville game. That Giants game over in England was messy. It will be interesting to see Green Bay play over there next weekend and hard too considering they play tonight then will probably fly straight out to England to get acclimated with the time zone. Hopefully it won’t be as messy as this past weeks game and the turf gets a bit harder. It was really mushy and they had to keep changing everybodies cleats because they were tearing up the turf. During half-time they showed some people putting the divets back in place and patting them down.
