Sucks ass. I’m sitting here with a nice little note on my phone that says No access to Nwk. Can’t dial 611 from the phone. The stores are closed because it is a holiday. Can’t get through on the 1-800 # because everybody is probably calling them to complain because none of us have access. They said on their website they were switching us over to sometime in September but we were supposed to get some sort of text message to that effect. No text message and no phone access. What utter crap. I think I need to be looking for some new service if this doesn’t get fixed pronto.

OMG that sucks! Luckily I still have service but once I get my new phone and they port my number, I could be phoneless for 24-48 hours!
does suck. i’d hate to have to be in that position. for me, mobile phone connectivity’s a bit of a comfort, knowing i can reach out and tap someone if necessary.
man, that sucks, it is excruciating when you need to get through to customer service and they aren’t there, that happened to me on Monday as well and it is still fresh in my mind, and this post reminds me of that. Nice blog, I’ll be back!
