You know, it’s a wonder I’m still sitting here. A few days ago I did something, dunno what, to my back and it hurts like hell even just sitting in a chair. I’m not one for taking pills but I put down some light weight muscle relaxers a few hours ago and it only put a slight dent in the pain. So long as I don’t move it doesn’t bother me but you can only do that for so long before you have to move. Time came for lunch, I had to go get it. I posted to a friend, if I’m not back in 30 minutes call the paramedics. Now what I should’ve added was call the paramedics because I’ve fallen and I can’t get up lol I could potentially be a poster person for those sickening commercials. Beyond that though I’ve been dealing with some heel pain in my left heel so looking at me walk now is favoring my left foot until I walk out the pain and going very slowly because of my back. What fun

I’m supposed to go bowling tonight. I don’t foresee that happening but I need to show up to pay anyways.

1. I think a nice treat for all of us would be a video post of you having fallen down and on your back, wriggling your arms and legs like when someone turns a turtle over.
