Now I cannot imagine anybody not liking quesadillas. You can put just about anything in them you like and they are fast and warm. Now when I bought mine years ago I paid probably about $50.00 for it. You can get them at Target for $19.99. It is well worth the investment for one of these babies. For tonights fast dinner because I had to do a double included:
Wheat flour tortillas
Mexican cheese blend of cheddar and jack
Green onions
Turkey bacon
And the topping to dunk all this ooey gooey goodness in is some medium hot salsa.
Ya’ll got any good recipes? I am always looking for more different varieties.

Wow, that _is_ a pretty good idea… especially considering I pay about $7 every time I stop by Q’Doba for one.I’m not sure if putting shredded steak on it classifies it as a Quesadilla anymore - but I would enjoy putting that on mine if I had a maker.
