You’re at your local hangout where you know all the other locals who are your friends and/or acquaintances. The drama that goes on could be claimed a Peyton Place or just a regular ole soap opera. Well a new waitress got hired in anticipation of another one to get fired. I just saw her this past Friday and she nearly scared me to death. The bartender was making her drink and I said to remind me to ask her a question in a few minutes. Well her response was I already know the answer. Okay, sure. The waitress, who I still have yet to get her name, leaves with her drink and the bartender says I know what you are asking and they are painted on. I’m like what? Why would someone do that? Granted you could put your finger through the thickness on the rest of her face so really this should be no surprise but why would someone willingly do this to themselves? You ready??
She painted on her eyebrows really, really thick and dark. Scared me at first. What’d she do with the original ones?
Then on Saturday night there was a nice old man who came in for a drink who acted like he was already drunk to begin with but was there for just 1 beer. He was an incessant talker. My friends got me out of it by handing over some pictures and then asking me about them but this poor guy who came up just after that happened to sit right beside me in between me and him and he got the brunt of the conversation then. It was just jibberish conversation almost. I said we gotta help him and made up this story about needing him to look at an engine and I was leaning over the entire time talking in his ear while that guy was talking his other ear off lol I told him they were going to ask about a Mustang engine and to go with it. When he started walking away, he said thank you lol Poor fellow on the end drank what he had left in that 1 beer which was almost the entire thing and hauled butt but that wasn’t before 2 more of our friends showed up and we stopped them before they even headed over in that direction and said no your tables ready over there pointing in the opposite direction.

The part with the waitress was kinda spooky. I’ve seen women like her, but they were usually old ladies who were forced into painting their eye brows. Some of them looked like freaky clowns
