Why is there another Tropical Storm out in the Atlantic? Aren’t those water temperatures supposed to be below 80 by now? This ones called Zeta.

    You know I actually didn’t even think of it like that…imagine cold weather, high velocity winds and being pounded by rain….this is messed up :/
