My Arm Extension Has Died

Sadly watch parts do go out and the manufacturers won’t make them anymore. My Guess multi-function, waterproof watch kicked the bucket and I had sent it in for repair. New battery, watch stem and crystal. I get it back with a note saying it has been well over the warranty period, which it has considering I bought it right after I graduated high school and it has been almost 20 years. The warranties are only good for 10 years. I just don’t think they wanted to fix it anymore but whatever. The bad thing is I cannot buy another like this or even close. I’ve been searching. It sucks. I have another Guess watch on now that I had sent in for a battery but I don’t like it.

Anybody got any good watch ideas? Now this is a picture of what my other one sort of looked like except it was goldtoned and I don’t like that dark color and I hate silver.

I suggest either Nixon (watches) or if you’re really into art…there’s an Andy Warhol collaboration on amazon somewhere. Vestal too is good. I’m sure all are available online through amazon…or in retail watch stores.

Never heard of some of them, gonna have to check them out. Art’s not really my thing, it has to function well and be waterproof down here. I don’t think they can come up with a sand proof watch yet.

Hi, not too sure if you have tried searching online for your watch? I remembered someone steals my favorite Swatch watch when I was in college. I went all over searching for the same piece and in the end I managed to find a same piece through the internet – but in Japan
