Acting Balanced

The Rules: I’m going to ask FOUR QUESTIONS that everyone can answer and then you have the option to add a fifth question of your own for those who are visiting your blog to answer in the comment section, along with commenting on the four standard questions you answered!

1. Are you good about going to the doctor?
I very rarely ever have to go to a doctor. I see my dental hygienist more.

2. What do you think about the practice of restaurants adding automatic tips for large groups or specific events?
Makes sense because each individual person may not leave anything.

3. When was the last time you went out for dinner?
I honestly have no clue. I haven’t had any extra money to do anything for months.

4. What is your best budget saving tip for recovering from an unexpected expense or planning for one?
I still don’t have the recovery down but the planning just put in a little money to your savings each paycheck.

And my question is:
Were you able to e-file your taxes or did you get logged in a holding pattern like I did because of certain forms? Mine was the education credit form. They won’t start processing those until mid February.

We are still using the paper form. We used to be able to tele-file however the Canadian government in their wisdom took it away. As a retired person I will not buy a program so it is back to paper and mailing it in. I think I have to pay this year so I have to send a check.

I have the same issue as you – education forms. Blah. My son was able to send his in today, though.

It’s nice that after saving a little at a time for a while, I actually have enough to do something nice for myself 🙂
