Acting Balanced

The Rules: I’m going to ask FOUR QUESTIONS that everyone can answer and then you have the option to add a fifth question of your own for those who are visiting your blog to answer in the comment section, along with commenting on the four standard questions you answered!

1. What are two must haves when you go on a road trip?
Food wise nothing. I do not like eating anything in the car or usually when I drive because you never know when something might not cooperate with your body.

2. What is your favorite amusement park ride?
Anything fast!

3. Post favorite picture from the last six months?

4. What do you (did you) call your grandparents? If you are a grandparent what do your grandchildren call you?
Grandpa and grandma.

And your question is:
What are you doing to combat the heat this summer?

We’re looking for indoor activities – bowling, movies, museums, anything that has air conditioning!

Love the picture of your doggie! Reminds me of our Molly.

    Have a blessed week.

That seems to be everyone’s subject this morning.
We’re running lots of fans and the AC, staying inside mostly.
We’re supposed to have a break in the heat later this week here in North Alabama.

I hang out in the office with air conditioning and go to the beach when I’m not inside. Overall, the heat hasn’t been too bad this summer.

We are going to leave the city and take a cruise in the North Atlantic. At one point we will cross the Arctic Circle.

I stay in the house when it’s awfully hot. The house is a bit cooler (until about 6pm). I want winter!

Having been in the heat for extended periods for 2 days and then right back in air conditioning when I came home, I’ll take the 99 degree days over the low 70s indoors any day. I know I’m odd, but, while I prefer 80s to 90s and 100s, I haven’t been combating the heat, I’ve been basking in it.
