I’ve always liked the Black and Green teas cold but never hot. I think it was Snapple that used to have the Black teas which was excellent but they discontinued it shortly after it started. Lipton has come out with the Green tea with citrus in 16 oz bottles and it’s pretty darn good. I had to wait a little while for them to come out with the diet version but well worth the wait. Hopefully they will put out the Black tea versions as well although when I happened on their site I found you can make the Black tea cold so I might give that a whirl. I guess I’m just so spoiled with the individual packets from Crystal Light to mix with a bottle of water that I’m just a tad to lazy to watch water boil to put in some tea bags to make a big ole container of tea. And remember, these teas have those antioxidants everybodies been talking about that we need.

The Lipton Green isn’t that horrible, but if given a choice on which to drink, I wouldn’t pick it. My favorite green tea blends are Arizona and Sobe. I’m big on the mint aspect of green tea and the Lipton one doesn’t have much of it, a bit too ‘juicy’.
Ya, the citrus they add to it doesn’t really give it justice. Hopefully they won’t mess up the black tea like the green tea.
