So last Friday I took off from work. I figure if I can do a pre emptive strike on my forthcoming vacation days I won’t have to take 3 days off per week the last 3 months. Don’t get me wrong, it was somewhat nice but it got old fast because I really did not have much to do on most of those days as I kept watching movies that were coming out. So I’m going to try to take at least 2 days off per month and then I won’t have as many to use near the end of the month. We’ll see how it all pans out. I know I want to take next Friday off so I can watch Percy Jackson & the Olympians without a bunch of kids.

So anyways, I went to go see Legion during the day and there were only a handful of us in the theatre. I camped out in the middle row as per usual to prop myself up on some of the bars they have in front of those seats eating my free small popcorn I donned from using my Regal Cinema card. Those things rock by the way. I think I get a free movie pass next time.

Legion is what it is, one of the angels was sent down to earth to kill a child that had not been born yet because God has lost faith in humankind. Probably from all the killing would be my guess. Have you SEEN the news lately? Once that particular angel defied the order and cut his own wings, the entire legion of angels was to come down and demolish humankind. Oddly enough a small little diner in the middle of nowhere was where the staged event was to happen, the baby was born, the angels fought, died, came back again and yea, we got to live. It’s one of those mind numbing movies you see to pass the time I guess. I liked it.
