I swear if I could move I would. I have a black mold issue in the utility room which is actually outside of the duplex where my washer, dryer, lawnmower, and water heater are kept. Someone came through took some pictures and left. My downstairs bathroom toilet as not been able to be used since the water pipe leak in the front yard was fixed probably about a year ago. The plumber even said that the toilet needed to be fixed but she didn’t do it. Now as of the other night the A/C unit is making this horrendous noise and I called her about it yesterday during the day so she could get someone to come look at it because it is freakishly loud and I’m afraid it might go out or blow up. It also rattles. So I can only assume that compressor (?) is failing. This thing is in the attic so I hear it very loudly especially in the upstairs bathroom. I called her back again last night because she said she would get a hold of someone and I thought he would come by when I got home. She said that she couldn’t get a hold of him but it was probably the pipes, not likely, and that she did not have any money anyway. She’s the damn landlord. I can empathize of being without money but then again its not my job to fix things that are broke either. I had cut the A/C off last night and cut it back on when I left for work today because I could not leave the dogs in the heat. I also cut my computer off just in case because I don’t need that overheating as it is upstairs. I just hope it holds out until I get home tonight or at least until the storms come through to cool the place off and she gets a hold of that guy to come by to look at it. This on top of a friend arriving in town today too. Just what I wanted. :/
