I cannot believe this…

We have this new fangled scheduling system here, well not really that new but that’s not the point. It’s slow and annoying compared to the last one we used. We have separate appointment schedules depending on the city we go to because we travel throughout the state so the patient’s don’t have to drive 4-5 hours to come to us. We fly there maybe once to twice per month per for each place depending on the city and how many of our patients live there. I am the only one to schedule patients in the outreach clinics because, well let’s face it, the schedulers here - how should I say this, not up to par on how we like things scheduled and the overbooks are unreal. So anyways, I was trying to schedule for one of our outreach clinics and couldn’t do it, says it didn’t exist and I’m like WTF. So I call our IT people, they check it out and then say I have to call someone else because they obliterated the entire outreach schedules. Why? I don’t know but I did left a hot voicemail because we have 2 outreach clinics alone next week and no way to access this shit now. Plus I can’t do the billing because they integrated all that garbage in there as well.

I mean WTF? Would you not check to see if someone was still going to these places before cancelling the shit?
