When it was Cingular, the customer service sucked. They were very good at playing hide and seek with you. Then, they changed brand. When AT&T came into the picture, one day, the customer service changed. I called a few times to dispute the unknown purchases on the statement because some dishonest sneaky companies sent text messages to my phone and I didn't hit the "right" button to stop it, and I got charged for it. AT&T took care of it and even offered me the blocker for it. Plus, they are also very courteous on the phone too. I’ve been with Cingular, now AT&T, for years.
