Well ya I personally could use a makeover too but my place needs one even more. Having the money to do that though is what keeps me from doing anything and the fact that I know the owner of the duplex would claim every last bit on her taxes and said she paid for it when she didn’t so I am kind of stuck in the middle of a hard place.
No matter what house I finally end up buying once I get out from under my brother in laws boat repo I know I will want some alterations. Probably the most significant usually in the kitchen and bathrooms like everybody always wants them. I would love to have a flat top stove, quiet dishwasher, one of those refrigerators where it double opens at the top for the fridge part and a pull out drawer for the bottom part and of course it all has to be stainless steel with no gas. I despise gas. I rented a place with gas for 2 months and it annoyed me when the pilot lights would go out because at first I had no clue about such things. The bathroom would have a stand along glass shower stall and then a separate garden tub with 2 sinks. Oh and of course the floors would all be wood and then tile in the bathrooms. I wonder if I could get away with a pool too?
