I Have A Bad Knee

You know, as we get older we are bound to have some health issues. Just recently I had some disk problems in lower back. When you play sports though you end up with your injuries than normal because you are using your joints in odd ways than normal. My left knee for example. I bowl a lot which puts some strain on it because I land on my left foot. I remember playing softball in high school and hurt my knee good. Now with all of that I have problems now with it giving out sometimes and my knee cap moves all the time and very easily. Not only my left knee but my right knee too. Sometimes you need a knee replacement because of all the injuries and you should make sure you go to a well known surgeon because you need those knees to walk. Going to Gustafson Orthopedics you can be assured of the quality of care through evaluation and diagnostics, education and treatment, expert surgical intervention if needed and a complete recovery program for after surgery.

  1. Sorry to hear about your bad knee. Maybe you could try bowling with your other hand every once in a while? I don’t know much about bowling, though, so you might laugh at that.
