With the holiday season, we get some anticipated movies to come with it besides just the holiday ones. I’m looking forward to quite a few movies myself and are in order of when they are coming out the soonest.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
The Ice Harvest with John Cusack
Aeon Flux with Charlize Theron although I’m not sure how well she is going to do in this
King Kong with Naomi Watts
Fun With Dick and Jane with Jim Carrey
Now the only question is how many of those I will actually be able to go see. I know for sure I’m going to see Harry Potter the first weekend it’s out but the others are iffy.
The holiday season for most means cold weather and bringing out all those nice sweaters you rarely get to wear but not here, it’s time to buy some new shorts since they are all on sale and get to wear them as well. Today’s temperature high is supposed to be 83 but we might break that, you never know.
And as usual with the holidays come the thanksgiving shopping specials which I always avoid. Every year I say I’m going to start my shopping early and every year I don’t. Hopefully this year I might because it’s a pain to get things at the last minute. I do have a list of some of the things I am wanting to obtain so I’m partially there right?

I’m so behind in the movies!! I haven’t been out to watch one in a while and just now starting to catch on on some via DVD! I’m not a Potter fan… but if you watch Jim Carrey’s movie – let me know how it is.
I never have time to go to the movies either… gotta love Movies on Demand.
I recommend The Constant Gardener, an updated movie version of a John Le Carre thriller.
Like everybody else, I am so excited to see Harry Potter. I started reading those books not long after the very first one was published in America, and have loved them ever since. The movies do an ok job of following the plot, so I always get very excited to see the films. I normally try to go opening night, but this year I have classes, so I’ll be going Sunday.
Ya, I have to bowl Friday so I’ll be seeing it Saturday
that’s exactly my holiday movie list, too. I’ll be lucky if I manage to see one of them!
