Well as expected the A/C went out yesterday. It was not the pipes as I knew it wasn’t, the motor burnt up. My friend and I, as well as my dogs are sitting here in the heat until the guy can come back by after his day job to come put in a new motor because she apparently got some guy she knew to fix it for free or payments, I don’t know but it is supposed to be fixed today, I hope and pray. A couple more hours and we’ll know. Last night wasn’t too terribly bad but this morning was horrendous and I had to go buy a fan for the dogs in the kitchen and ended up going back to get another one for us in the living room so it is okay for now. The heat is rising upstairs so that helps but still.

I feel your pain. My aunt in PA doesn’t have ANY AC and whenever I dogsit I swear I lose pounds just from sweating.
