With downtown being under sea level, a lot of the houses and businesses get flooded with any sort of storm system coming in and/or just regular rain. It is sad really because we all either get an extended work day until the flood goes down or we are pretty much locked out until it goes down. Either way, you gotta have someone come in to get the flood waters out and make sure you are covered with your insurance with help on the clean up using New Jersey mold inspectors if you are in that area.
