Four Foods on Friday #85

Time to learn more food facts according to me. If you are not interested you can move along. As always be sure to check out Fun Craft and Recipes to join each week and to spread the news so others might join as well.

This weeks theme is different. It’s a challenge for us to come up with a meal plan using four ingredients of olive oil, chicken, cheese, and a vegetable.

This could prove to be tough for me. Let’s see, assuming we could use spices I would put some Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasonings on the chicken and cook it in the olive oil. Once the chicken is out might as well use the same spices and oil from that by putting in some broccoli to cook up really quick. Then cut up the chicken and toss with broccoli and maybe a little Parmesan cheese on top to finish it off.

    That sounds good! I fix a dish with canned albacore tuna, cooked spinach, olive oil, and parmesan. Kinda similar, in a way.
