1. What’s your favorite cereal?
Hmm, this is a toughy. Apple jacks and currently the multigrain Cheerios.
2. What do you use to flip food on the stove?
One of them rubber spatulas that is safe for Calphalon nonstick pans.
3. What’s your favorite type of donut?
Definitely the chocolate ones and if I could get chocolate icing on it too all the more better. ![]()
4. Share a rice recipe.
Well I sort of whipped up something the other day with rice. I like to mix my brown and white rice because the brown rice is better for you but doesn’t take all that appealing on its own. I cooked my rice in some chicken stock. I then cut some chicken tenders into bite size pieces and cooked them with some Mrs. Dash on them. Nuked some broccoli in a bag and added that to the chicken with a touch of olive oil and then put that on top of the rice. I think next time I am going to add a little of the chicken stock to the chicken and broccoli as well because it got a little dry over the rice and I like a little sauce to mix with the rice.

Oh I used to love applejacks! and Cheerios is still a regular in our house.
BTW, I’m running a contest to give away fresh water pearls for Cheerios and a good cause. Check it out: http://amoores.com/2009/03/23/circle-of-helping-hearts-giveaway/
Oh! I really like the multi-grain Cheerios too. They keep me full longer, and maybe they are healthy?!
I haven’t had Apple Jacks since I was a kid. I totally need to add them to my grocery list.

I will sometimes mix white and brown rice, too. What’s really good is to add in some wild rice!
now that’s a good idea, I hadn’t thought of that
I would love to have a whole set of Cephalon pans. Someday!
