Four Foods on Friday #69

Time to learn more food facts according to me. If you are not interested you can move along. As always be sure to check out Fun Craft and Recipes to join each week and to spread the news so others might join as well.

1. Olive oil. What kind do you prefer to use?
I like the extra virgin olive oil and if I can find a bottle as green as I can get it the better it tastes to me.
2. Meatballs. Do you make them from scratch, buy premade cooked or buy premade frozen?I try to hunt them down at my local grocery department because they make them good but I have never tried making them myself and I should considering I love them.
3. Do you use napkins at home? Paper or cloth?
I actually will grab a kitchen towel to use because it’s usually just me sitting on the floor in the living room with the food on the coffee table while watching TV.
4. Share a recipe for a white sauce.
I don’t have one either but I would love to get a low calorie alfredo sauce that is easy to make if anybodies got one.

I have a feeling that alfredo and low in calorie cannot be in the same recipe.

I don’t know about the taste but the green really makes it special.

Meatballs are good food for gourmands. I buy meatballs frozen and toast them in pan or cook them with beans in white sauce. Mandatory to try.
