Time to learn more food facts according to me. If you are not interested you can move along. As always be sure to check out Fun Craft and Recipes to join each week and to spread the news so others might join as well.

1. What’s the worst tasting food you’ve ever eaten?
Hmm, probably cabbage. I honestly can’t think of anything else that tastes so bad that I recall.
2. Share a funny or embarrassing story about a meal you’ve made.
Well, it wasn’t a meal that I made per say. My sister was baking something when we were growing up and her initiative prompted my parents to buy a fire extinguisher to place in the kitchen because she ended up setting the oven on fire lol
3. What food do you burn or have problems cooking most often?
Anything in the oven because I have no fricken idea what those temperatures really are. I keep setting it like 50 degrees less and still burn the stuff.
4. Name two foods you’ll be eating on this Thanksgiving.
Rice and vegetables because I’ll probably have some frozen meal as I’m working as usual.

That’s funny about your parents buying the fire extinguisher after your sister baked something. 🙂

I like cabbage! Too funny about the fire extinguisher. I needed one when I was a newlywed.

My oven here requires a match to light it. Needless to say we haven’t used it since we moved. Between fear of blowing ourselves up and then dealing with what are likely to be unreliable temperatures i guess i have to live oven free for a while.

You really cracked me up with the fire extinguisher story 😆 . I think I would’ve needed one too, lucky I had a roomie who could cook when I was in college.

I’m iffy on cabbage. I like small amounts but I couldn’t eat like cabbage soup or anything like that.

Pretty good answers. I think maybe the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life is cauliflower. It is bad for two reasons: first, it tastes terrible; second, the name itself just brings up terrible images in my mind. Happy Thanksgiving!
