1. Turnips. Love em or leave em?
I can honestly say I have no idea because I was never exposed to them. I couldn’t even tell you what they look like.
2. What’s your favorite roasted dish?
Roasted chicken!
3. Salsa. What kind do you like?
Mild to hot but not volcano hot. I usually buy the El Paso brand.
4. Share directions on how to make your favorite quick meal, meaning start to finish in about 30 minutes or less.
Usually that is the tuna salad. I am fortunate enough to be able to buy tuna steaks from my local restaurant prepackaged and I use some seafood seasoning to put on top and throw that on the George Foreman grill for a few minutes, cut them up into strips. Toss a salad in a bowl, put the tuna on top and some Thousand Island dressing. Viola.

The mealschedule mentioned in the article looks nice as well as seems that it would surely work out. I hope to follow this diet soon in a positive and regular manner.
Thanks for playing FFOF!
Your tuna salad sounds good. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to fresh fish. It’s weird, though – I can eat canned tuna with no problem. But I need an Epi-Pen for the fresh fish.
Roasted chicken sounds so good right now. I’ve never made tuna, guess I should try it sometime.
That salad does sound pretty simple!
Wow, just hearing your recipe for that tuna salad made me hungry. Unfortunately where I live, you can really only buy tuna in a can. I agree with you on the salsa thing too.
