Time to learn more food facts according to me. If you are not interested you can move along. As always be sure to check out Fun Craft and Recipes to join each week and to spread the news so others might join as well.

As usual I forgot to post mine up early this morning. I suck at remembering things. Anyways, here’s mine which is sort of odd this week as we have to come up with recipes or menu ideas based on these foods:

A - asparagus, applesauce

I don’t eat asparagus and I’ll readily eat applesauce by itself. Never made anything with it.

B - balsamic vinegar, bread

I don’t even have any vinegar in my house. I use bread all the time for my bologna/cheese sandwiches. I do use bread crumbs that I mix with Mrs. Dash to bread some chicken and saute it that way.

C - chicken, cinnamon

Chicken’s my staple. Any which way it good. Lately I’ve been flattening chicken breast and putting some lemon pepper seasoning on it and saute it that way. I’ll use cinnamon when I make some cinnamon rolls or french toast I’ll put it in with some milk, egg, and nutmeg.

D - dressing, dumpling

I love ranch dressing for my salads and I’m not really a dumpling kind of person unless it has some sort of chocolate in it.

  2. What is the problem with vinegar? I can not make cucumber salads without it! Upon the chicken, we agree!
