In my case, I just love mashed potato, with lots of butter, butter, and more butter. And I cannot forget the salt and pepper! Other potato food? Potatoes in beef stew are just so good-tasting to eat.

Hmm... I love fries very much that too made of potatoes. Even fresh vegetables are good for health, but sometimes it becomes frozen ones as we keep them in the refrigerators.

I use a timer for almost everything I cook. I'm much to impatient to stand around the kitchen waiting for water to boil or a cake to bake. I let the timer call me back when it's time to check progress or take something out of the oven. The other thing that might help you is a thermometer. If your stove is old the temperature may be "off." Use a thermometer to make sure you've got the right temp before you slide something into the oven. Hope one or the other of these tips can help restore your confidence in baking!

Potatoes-'fraid I'm with most other Americans, & I love fries. But I never feel that is a "form of potato," more like a form of saturated fat!If you've ever had homemade pie crust made by a master (not me)you'll never go back to anything else. So, I just don't eat pie.Yah, we all have the problem of how to use up the fresh vegetables before they are not fresh anymore.Brownies-anyone have any tips? It is the one thing I can never cook right-they are either brown rocks or brown goop. ICK! Don't know what I do wrong!

1. Whatâ??s your favorite form of potatoes?I'm afraid of potatoes coz they are starchy and can make me fat2. Pie crust. Premade or from scratch?Premade. Tastes just as good =). I used the pie crust for a mutton curry pie before.3. Vegetables. Fresh, frozen or canned? The packet frozen ones from Tesco's are actually really good. Ease the cooking process and value for money.4. What one dish do you wish you could prepare better?Spaghetti Carbonara. Its so difficult to find good ingredients here.
