1. What’s your favorite potato chip?
The crispier the better. I like Munchos and Kettle Korn chips right now.
2. Do you use butter, margarine, both or neither?
Isn’t it the same thing? I buy whatever Country Crock is.
3. What’s your favorite mixed alcoholic (or virgin) drink?
So many to list, so little time. Well, the usual ones I’ll take a turn at are Long Island Iced teas, screwdrivers using coconut flavored vodka the local bar makes or maybe sometimes some Cruzan coconut, 99 Bananas pina colada, Crown/diet, whiskey sours and a slew of shots. That outta keep you covered for a while.
4. What’s your favorite vegetable and how do you prepare it?
Never really thought of a favorite vegetable. I love green beans, blackeyed peas, broccoli, cucumbers… However, I cannot cook blackeyed peas to save my life and have to resort to the local restaurant whenever they make it. Green beans I like getting fresh ones, and steaming them, then toss in a little butter or margarine depending on what it actually is, some sea salt to taste and a little crushed red pepper flakes to taste. That’s it.

Oh, I used to drink A LOT of Long Island Iced Teas back when I was young and had a digestive system. They make a coconut vodka? That might make it worth taking up the bottle again!
I just look into kettle korn chips!
kettle corn chips? really? I think I may have died and gone to heaven, the idea sounds divine!
margarine pretends to be butter + preservatives.. butter is all natural.
I try to make black-eyed peas, but they never turn out the same way twice. I like them to be a bit firm and a bit spicy. I tend to order them when we eat out too.
I’m not a fan of hard chips. I used to eat those corn nuts things in high school until I chipped a tooth on one. I love Munchos though- even though they’re salty. Country Crock rules plus it’s cheaper usually, the girlie drink- Malibu Rum and pineapple juice- veggie- baby carrots cooked in honey and brown sugar-yum.
Yay for Munchos!
Just wanted to give you a heads up that I changed my domain/blog!
Walker’s Crisps – British ones – wish I could get them in America
