Time to learn more food facts according to me. If you are not interested you can move along. As always be sure to check out Fun Craft and Recipes to join each week and to spread the news so others might join as well.

1. What is your favorite kind of cheese for snacking?
Well so long as it is not stinky cheese like swiss I’m game for just about any of it. I keep Velvetta slices, American Cheese and Provolone on hand daily.
2. What is your favorite kind of jelly?
I’m not a fan of jelly. I prefer jam, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry. Or even preserves.
3. Yogurt. Regular or custard style?
There’s a difference? So long as it is not plain yogurt I’m game.
4. Share a recipe for a stew or soup.
Well, I already shared my chicken soup. I’ve never made stew so I’m fresh out. I’m not that big a fan of soup.

Now if any of you have a good crockpot bean recipe bring it on.

  4. Velveeta is probably the only cheese I don’t like, unless it’s in queso or mac&cheese. I prefer jams over jelly too, wonder why that is?

  5. No particular brand for cheese as long as its quickmelt, pineapple jelly, no to yogurt. Here goes that soup recipe: Squash Soup (Combine water, squash, a dash of salt, black ground pepper and beef bullion. Bring to a boil until squash is tender. Take out the squash leaving the concoction at low fire in the saucepan. Blend squash adding whipped cream. Then add the blended mixture back into the saucepan and brew for about 2 minutes. Serve.

  6. I eat cheese on just about everything. When I was little, I’d cut a hunk of Velveet and spread Miracle Whip on it. And I like blackberry, seedless jam, but it’s so expensive I rarely buy it.

It’s a viral linking experiment meme.

  8. Wow, I haven’t had Velveeta since college. I used to mix it with refried beans and melt it in the crock pot as a dip for nachos and tortilla chips. It was really yummy :)
