1. What type of pasta is your favorite?
I don’t really have a favorite per say. I do like the fettuccine noodles though so long as they are multigrain or whole wheat. Heck, even the spinach flavored ones are good.
2. Is there a type of pasta that you don’t like at all?
I’m not crazy about penne.
3. What’s your favorite ravioli filling?
Meat definitely. I can’t stomach the cheese filled ones.
4. Do you use regular or no-bake lasagna noodles?
There’s a difference? I’m not sure I’ve even see no-bake lasagna noodles to tell you the truth. I just use the regular noodles and make the dish. Seems to work.

Th no-bake lasagna noodles have a slightly different texture than the regular noodles. I love all kinds of pasta although I am somewhat limited by the selection of gluten-free pastas.
