Four Foods on Friday #101

Time to learn more food facts according to me. If you are not interested you can move along. As always be sure to check out Fun Craft and Recipes to join each week and to spread the news so others might join as well.

1. Do you have any food related New Years resolutions?
Nah, I don’t believe in resolutions.
2. What’s one thing you’d like to learn how to make from scratch this year?
Hmm, anything yummy works for me. I mean I would love to know how to make cheesecake but then again I don’t NEED to make it either lol
3. What’s the most unusual thing in your cabinet, refrigerator or freezer right now?
Nothing out of the ordinary in my cabinets. I’m not that into exotic foods or spices. I guess if you wanted to get down to it though I have a box of dog biscuits right next to my cereal. That unusual enough?
4. What kind of can opener do you have?
I believe mines called Oxygrip? It’s one of those easy grip hand crank can openers. I believe I got it off of cooking.com where I usually get most of my stuff because they sell the Calphalon and you know that’s not cheap.

I have the same can opener, I really like the OXY stuff. And ALL of my calphalon pans came from cooking.com! (except the one I found on clearance at Target!)

Thanks for the tip– I’ll have to check Oxygrip. I’ve quit buying the cheapo Chinese crap and got a hand cranker made by Oneida. So far, so good.

I like hand-held can openers, too!
