Fashion Do’s and Don’t

Fashions come and go so fast it could make your head spin. Vintage/retro clothing even comes back in style years after it’s been ditched like a revolving door. The puffy shirt, however, shown to the right should never have come back much less been developed in the first place in my opinion. As I was walking in from the garage this morning I saw a young girl (mid 20s) walking along with a puffy shirt of bright reddish/pink with flowers all over it. Why? T-shirts are really cheap these days and are way better than this. Seinfield’s episode on the puffy shirt shows how badly of an idea it is.

  1. Fashion always amazes me. Its always the worst styles that are re-invented for the kids of today to wear. That’s why I try to stick with the classics. There’s a reason they never go out of style.

  2. Exactly, jeans and a t-shirt = classic.

  3. Loved that episode of Seinfeld!

Another returning trend that should never have been started in the first place: Leggings. They are all over NYC, when really they should be kept in the ballet studios. Awful!

  4. Its not just limited to fashion, the number of kids i see getting around in dodgy mullets and rat tails now is unbeleivable! But then again… we’re they ever really cool in the 1st place? :/
