ePerks on Buying Things

Whether you buy a home, car or are looking for a contractor to do improvements on your home, you and I always look for that one good deal no one else can get. When I had bought my last 2 cars I had gotten an excellent deal because my brother-in-law worked at the dealership. I guess more like an insanely good deal is what I got considering how much got knocked off the price. Some people are not that lucky though. More recently though I have been wanting to redo the floors in the place I am currently renting. I doubt very seriously that the owner will do it as she is on disability and it is just the one floor so I figure maybe I could pay for it because myself because I would end up getting that money back from the use alone. Renting though is just a temporary solution, we all want our own place to call our very own.

Finding the right company to deal with in looking for your home can be daunting. I know for me, I would not even know where to begin or who to use. You could ask around to your friends who already own homes and find out how they chose their home and who they used to get their experiences or you could go online at ePERKS.com. Not only can they hook you up with some reputable real estate agents but once you pick the area you are looking into you get a list of agents. Once you click on any of them you then get forwarded to their own “page” as it were with some information about the agent themselves including an about page, services, listings, deals and incentives as well as the credentials, and how much cash back you can get from them when purchasing your home through them. Just in my area I can get a 15.5% cash back as well as home inspection discounts and you know those aren’t cheap. Having all of this information readily available makes my job easier in choosing as it is very informative. This would not only benefit the buyers but the sellers as well.

  1. When did eperks comes out, I’m surprised i didn’t even hear about it. The concept is great I don’t mind giving up 19% at all. I normally give 25%, so that’s an easy one for me.
