You know, I suck at designing. Yep, I can admit it. Heck, my duplex proves this point as it is the same color scheme and nasty little stick up wall paper on half of the wall for well over 4 years. I also have had the same curtains and blinds the entire time too. Why? Because I suck at designing. I’d love to have new colors, floors, curtains, and something on the walls but I’m not that imaginative. No really, I’m not. Having black furniture proves it.
What about the curtains you ask? Well, they sort of have a rose pattern on them and they are green. I have these cheap curtain rods up with a nail holding it up in the middle else it would fall. Ya it’s almost ghtto but you cannot see the nail. Same with the upstairs except those are a subtler green and have no pattern on them at all. I needed to grab something fast as I had a guest coming and there was only a sheet up :neutral:
So don’t be like me and get yourself some real curtain tracks to hang some beautiful curtains up to complement the design you have going on in your room. You can be assured you are getting good quality for a reasonable price. I’d suggest getting an actual heavy duty metal track as opposed to the cheapy aluminum one I got. They have many different varieties of curtain tracks so do not be afraid to experiment with them either. Some are even specially made if you have a bay window which I miss. Most of our windows are pretty straight forward and straight.
