Both my computers changed their times on their own. They both run Windows Vista. My cell phone didn't change it but then i turned it off and turned it back on and it reset to the correct time. Something like this should of been really simple to manage. Although some items did change the time for me: Servers at office (including Exchange) - I had the updates ready; The Treo cells we have at the office also changed correctly.
