Every time i have had a problem i have called them up and if they haven't been able to fix it over the phone they have sent out a technician within half an hour. The installation guy told me so. At least he didn't just install it and me not get anything. Haha. We have comcast cable in my town and they're awful. I dumped them years ago and got DirecTV and have never regretted it! Check out my link, I hope you like it.
