Yea, we had a few crazies coming to clinic these past 2 days. If you don’t like coming to a particular hospital why not transfer your care to some place else instead of coming and then bitching about how you don’t like coming here? And why must parents answer the questions specifically related to the child if they are old enough to understand and answer them? Teenagers don’t tell everything to their parents. And sometimes, the physicians will call you on it like yesterday lol When asked if he has had any headaches, mother states no he has not and physician says well “childs name” your mother seems to have all the answers. Then a few more things and she’s on about hating to see us and he then says well take him to adult physician then because he was almost 18 and that is our cut off.
Then this morning we have this crazy foster mother looking after one of our chronically ill patients and she keeps doing other things than what we tell her which is why we have been bringing him in every week to essentially be his mommy or babysitter making sure she hasn’t changed anything else.
I see the light at the end of the tunnel on my filing. I have them all sorted and now I just need to put them in the files and make new files for the new patients and then I’ll be able to see my floor again!!
