Ok so some people are blind as a bat like me and you get tired of having insurance but they do not pay anything. I honestly do not even know why I bother showing my insurance just for this purpose. So supposedly at least every year you need an eye exam to get new contacts. Well that costs money, alot of money. Then once you get your eye exam, you need to buy contact lenses somewhere and hopefully cheaply. Sadly, I cannot even get contact lenses cheap here at the very hospital I work at. Of course, personally, their eye exam wasn’t all that either because I still had to get another one done afterwards because I couldn’t see squat. Anyways, back to shopping for contact lenses, once you find a place that has the brands you use and some very reasonable prices, stick with them. It’s a shame we have to pay so much but contacts beats glasses anyday in my opinion and from someone who has had to wear these babies since I was in elementary school, it’s NOT fun. Having some place where I can get the same brands I can get walking into an office at some great prices makes it a little bit better.
