Ok sure, there really are no rules, rhyme or reason and any poor schmoe can make up a blog for free no less but what burns me are simply two things that I’ve come across while surfing through BlogExplosion.
1. Free blogging sites. I understand you may have to get a free blogging site at first because you do not have enough money to pay for hosting and a domain name but for the love of god if/when you do get that new site or have transferred over to another free blogging site by chance can you at least remove the damn link so we don’t have to sit there for 20/30 seconds looking at absofreakinlutely (yes thats a word in my dictionary) nothing. Or better yet make it a message stating I have moved here with new link. It’s really not that difficult.

2. Making blogs solely about someone else like J.Lo or Christina. You can’t come up with your own stuff but have to stalk the entertainment sites for stuff about someone else? Why??

I’m fairly sure that on #2 is because they lack originality. I’ve noticed the same damn thing.
So true! I hate when I am surfing through BlogExplosion and there is an empty screen. What a waste!
Hi yah! I was looking for your e-mail but could not find it on your website. The photograh you are using on your website is one of my copyright images used on my blog. You may see it below as in in my blog. http://poormansbike.blogspot.com/2005/04/chasing-sunsets.html I did not give anyone the okay that they could use it and I would appreciate it if you remove it from your blog. Thank you, Shaun
I got this picture from morguefile, you might want to go through there and let them know then.
Thank you very much for removing my photograph. I really appreciate it and I am contacting the company you named to remove my photos as well.
I don’t have a problem with you at all to make things clear, I was just surfing through blogexplosion and saw my photo on your website.
Thank you again for removing it so quickly.
I have similar frustrations w/ Blog Explosion but for a free service, I am delighted to have find a few gems when I have time to surf.
Also, I’m pleased to see you abided by copyright for the photograph. So many have asked me to let them use my photographs for their website. All my photos are copyrighted and clearly state so. Still, I’m asked, and I cannot ruffle blogger feathers by letting a few out of several regular readers use the photos.
On my professional site, they’re watermarked. I”m thinking of doing so for the blog as well.
