I'm from Idaho and our first little house my husband an I bought bought there had a family of mice living in it. It was full on war when I found little turds in my silverwear drawer. AHHH! Those little buggers drive me nuts. Luckily the house we live in now has only had one mouse in it. And it was quickly taken care of.

Yep which is why I haven't touched it at all. It's actually held up pretty well but it's gonna come down when the herbs start growing back as there is nothing I can do about that lol

If there are eggs in the nest, please don't disturb them. Birds abandon their eggs if they're moved.

Ha ha! At least you know you aren't going crazy. We have a mouse that comes to visit every once in a while, but do you think he would ever eat the meal my husband has prepared for him?

We recently had a rat problem on our patio. We got 2 similar rat traps and coated them with peanut butter. One night, around 3 am we hear the trap go off and a screeching, scurrying out the dog door. It got a possom before it got the rat. Needless to say, a few days later we had a dead rat, but a new snake problem.
