Here’s your chance to practice!! Roast a Turkey will help you roast that turkey at the appropriate temperature and time. You get to play around with it on the site with the temperature gauge, the oven temperature, turning it on and closing the oven door. So if you want to see that burnt turkey, it’s doable. You even get a whitty little message telling you to call your mother should you need further instructions.
