With the ability for just about everybody to do capture video whether it be on a digital camera, cell phone video or actual film anybody can be their own filmmaker. It used to be we would have to send in videos to TV shows or news media sites to get them aired whether it is funny or serious. Other than that, it was just more of an approach of who you could get into your home to view the video. Those days are long gone now. The internet is here to stay and with it brings the capability to reach the masses far and wide whether it is intentioned or not in some cases.

Right now YawpBox is essentially giving you your chance to fame. There is a 30-minute weekly show filmed before an audience in Dallas, Texas where the hosts, Lex and Terry, go over the most popular uploaded videos as well as introducing the people behind some of the videos. Every week Lex and Terry give you the viewer an opportunity to be featured on the next weeks show by doing a little homework of your own coming up with a video to go with a particular theme for that week. This could get quite interesting to see how people do their take on the assignment as everybodies interpretations are different and the more people become active the more of audience each of us has.
