You know, I just can’t get past this. I fired off another email today to the scheduling supervisor about how they do not read the profile comments on these kids and scheduling kids in the afternoon when they should be in the morning. I even did a print screen capture, circled the profile comment and circled what they scheduled the kid for. Then I told her it was unacceptable and that I have to do this on a daily basis which is why I want the schedules to our office instead of them effin them up every damn day. I doubt very seriously if I get a response to that any time soon but damn it they need to learn to effin read.
