I found this meme on another blog and tracked it back to the originator. There are some interesting questions and a great way to know me a little more. You can check it out at Meet Me on Monday Meme. Here goes…
Questions:
1. What is your favorite way to eat chicken?
Saute them in olive oil after I dunk them in bread crumbs with whatever flavor of Mrs. Dash I’m feeling that night. They must be boneless. I don’t like messing with the bones.
2. Have you decorated for Christmas yet?
Nope and I don’t either. It is just me so there is no point.
3. What is your favorite article of clothing?
My over sized sweatshirt and lounging pants because there is enough room in both for me to move around in.
4. Do you pay your bills online or write checks the old way?
Online bill paying here or sometimes I’ll feel like going to pay them in cash/card every now and then just to drive around town.
5. Do you make Christmas cookies?
Nope. Again, it is just me and the dogs so there really isn’t any point in it.

Tell me four things that you ate on Thanksgiving Day this year.
1. Turkey without gravy (I hate gravy)
2. Brussel sprouts
3. Mashed potatoes without gravy
4. Pumpkin pie
Who thought up this hellish shopping holiday anyways? I hate shopping, you all know this but I was willing to go out on this blasphemy of days to get a 40-inch 1080p LCD TV for under $300.00. Oh ya, the price was phenomenal. Obviously others thought the same thing and of course Target didn’t have but maybe 15-20 of each item so if you weren’t right in the front of the line you were screwed. And can you guess where I was? Ya, I got screwed.
On the way in a bunch of teenagers decided they wanted to cut in after we had been standing in line for over an hour. This woman behind me stopped them and said you have to go to the end of the line and snagged the little Target security guard who got them out of line. Why must people be like that? I thought this woman was gonna throw down with them at one point. I woke up at 2 AM and knew I should have just gotten up and went down there. Maybe I would have had a shot at getting one of them. I mean I even saw this little old lady dragging a 46-inch along behind her because she did not have a cart yet. Insane!
So now I search online to see if I can find anything even remotely close to that price in a 40-inch and probably will go ahead and order my Barnes & Nobles Nook Color now since I didn’t get the TV and wait for that to ship since you cannot buy them in the stores yet.
Never, ever again will I do that. N E V E R
As you may have guessed from the title of the movie something is unstoppable. Well if you have not seen the trailer it is a runaway train. Denzel Washington is the old and wise train operator and Chris Pine is the new punk on the block. Quips are said back and forth but ultimately the job is to stop this runaway train that has a massive amount of chemicals on it that could blow up a few cities in the process if not stopped.
They have some interesting characters in the movie that I can’t remember seeing in any others but was quite good. Sure you know in the end everything would get resolved but the story on the way there was quite good in my opinion.
Grade: A-

Tell me either the four strangest things or four non-food items that are in your fridge.
Oddly enough everything in my fridge is a food item of some sort.
Maybe the odd things that I keep in there include:
1. Almonds
2. Flour
3. Sugar
4. Packets of mayo and ketchup.
